Mystery Shopper

Like some retail therapy, like to shop and have Sales Image pay for it...then please read on.

Sales Image have predominately two types of Mystery Shoppers, they are ..Phone-In Mystery Shoppers and Walk-In Mystery Shoppers, you may even qualify to perform both services, and we provide shopper services in all major cities and provincial towns around Australia.

Phone-In Mystery Shoppers will telephone a client's business making an enquiry to assess the performance of staff skills and customer service standards, as Walk-In Mystery Shoppers you actually walk into client's premises to assess staff responsiveness, skills, and customer service standards through a sales enquiry or shopping them.

If you would like to be a Mystery Shopper then forward a letter detailing your past experiences in Mystery Shopping or why you believe you would make a great Mystery Shopper, additional training is provided in using our assessment instruments. Forward your Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume in Microsoft Word^® format including a covering letter detailing why you would make a Great Mystery Shopper to candidate@salesimage.com.au.

Please note...This is an ongoing requirement as we are constantly looking for Mystery Shoppers to service all major capital cities and regional areas.
